Training for Maître d’apprentissage et Tuteur

Discover the role and missions of the tutor and apprenticeship supervisor in the company. This course is designed to prepare professionals to support work-study apprentices in their professional training. If you want to develop the skills needed to supervise, support and assess your apprentices or trainees, this course is for you!

Duration / Dates: 14 hours, from 01/07/2024 to 27/09/2024

Training location: Distance-learning / face-to-face at the company’s premises or at the training centre.

• Understand the role of the tutor and the apprenticeship supervisor in order to properly position yourself
• Adaptat the induction and integration of the apprentice into the company
• Organise a career path
• Prepare a learning session
• Manage work-study programmes
• Draw-up and conduct key tutoring interviews
• Support a disabled apprentice

• Raising awareness and training company employees to take on the role of tutor/apprenticeship supervisor within the company
• Acquire individual support tools and methods
• Pass on your know-how, knowledge and corporate culture to the learner
• Training the learner(s)
• Encourage the integration of the learner(s) into your company
• Help improve your company’s employer image

Course Outline

MODULE 1 (synchronous – distance/classroom-based, 3h): Introductory session and presentation of the roles of the tutor/apprenticeship master
MODULE 2 (E-learning – 1h): The role of the tutor/apprenticeship superviser/ The regulatory framework
TUITION 3 (E-learning – 1h 30mins): Welcoming and supporting apprentices throughout their career
TASK 4 (E-learning – 1h 30mins): The different tutoring interviews / different communication styles
MODULE 5 (E-learning – 1h 30mins): Preparing and carrying out an assessment
TASK 6 (E-learning – 1h 30mins): Assessing what has been learnt in a work situation
TASK 7 (E-learning – 1h): Tutoring an apprentice with a disability
TASK 8 (synchronous – distance/classroom-based, 3h): Summing up what has been learnt, analysing practices and role-playing
+ Assessment of the training course.

Teaching and evaluation methods

• Blended-learning training: face-to-face/distance-learning and e-learning modules;
• Quizzes to assess what you’ve learned.

Optional training

Certification MATU (7h) : training for oral presentations to a panel of judges.

Public / Prerequisites

• Tutors and apprenticeship supervisors.
• Be an employee of the company or the head of the company
• Have at least 2 years’ professional experience related to the qualification aimed at by the apprentice OR have a diploma in the same field as that aimed at by the apprentice and at least one year’s experience.
• Proof of professional skills

Registration

Tarifs :

• 210€ TTC per participant for 14 hours
• Certification MATU : 5 hours extra for preparation + jury exam (75€)

Candidate selection procedures: Training application form; individual or group information. The time taken to access the services depends on the programming at our various sites and the places available.
