Course Outline
MODULE 1 (synchronous – distance/classroom-based, 3h): Introductory session and presentation of the roles of the tutor/apprenticeship master
MODULE 2 (E-learning – 1h30mins): The role of the tutor/apprenticeship superviser/ The regulatory framework
MODULE 3 (E-learning – 1h 30mins): Welcoming and facilitating the integration of the apprentice.
MODULE 4 (E-learning – 2h): Accompany the development of learning and professional autonomy.
MODULE 5 (E-learning – 1h): Participating in the transmission of knowledge, and the evaluation of learning.
MODULE 6 (E-learning – 1h 30mins): Tutoring an apprentice with a disability
MODULE 7 (synchronous – distance/classroom-based, 3h): Summing up what has been learnt, analysing practices and role-playing
+ Assessment of the training course.
Teaching and evaluation methods
- Blended-learning training: face-to-face/distance-learning and e-learning modules;
- Quizzes to assess what you’ve learned.
Optional training
Certification MATU (5h) : training for oral presentations to a panel of judges.
