The English childcare sector (both at home and in the collective setting) is rapidly developing in France. Faced with a shortage of qualified candidates, Catherine Leroy (French) and Virginia Bastide (Scottish) launched a training organization in 2014 that was and still is, 100% dedicated to offering French apprenticeship programs in English.
Our programs aim to serve an English-speaking public, with participants from all over the world. The goal is to improve their skill set in the Early Childhood sector while providing work opportunities in France.
Our objective: to empower trainees who speak little to no French to obtain nationally certified Early Childhood diplomas all the while, immersing them in intensive French classes. These French classes are necessary for the students to be able to pass both the written and oral exams required to obtain the diplomas.
